I’ve had a Personal Digital Assistant (DA) for several years, and I really love mine. I use it for most of my reading, both of books and of the Internet. I take it most everywhere, and keep all my to-do lists, e-mails, and contact lists in it.
But now electronics makers are combining electronics. They make one device that acts as PDA, MP3 player, and mobile phone. Where I currently have to carry three devices, I could now replace them with one device.
Motorola has now revealed it’s latest smart phone:

JULY 26, 2005 (REUTERS) - Motorola Inc., the world’s second-biggest mobile phone maker, yesterday unveiled an ultrathin mobile phone that includes a keyboard, taking aim at businesspeople who have become addicted to BlackBerry e-mail and messaging devices.
Having a smart phone that can replace a Blackberry is a great option right now, since there is a new threat just discovered for Blackberries. Whereas Windows PCs and Bluetooth enabled phones are vulnerable to viruses, there is something completely different to beware of with Blackberries:

Perhaps Motorola will pick up some customers who want to avoid this new threat to their Blackberries.
